This baby's mouth originally had no tongue. It was just a hollow mouth. And in the back was a little hole for a toy bottle. I filled the
hole and sculpted her a tongue out of clay. I love the results. I think it looks so much more realistic.

I painted subtle "wispies" on her forhead along her hairline.
